For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing or using the vippoints.net Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vippoints.net with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on behalf of that party.

To register and use the vippoints.net Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine law. vippoints.net strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of vippoints.net or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account closure.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

vippoints.net reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the vippoints.net Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. vippoints.net is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying vippoints.net immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

vippoints.net reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, vippoints.net is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).
• Selfie with your ID and a handwritten note as instructed by our support team.

vippoints.net reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be subject to account review and potential closure.

All deposits on vippoints.net are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• GCash (instant credit)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant credit)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. vippoints.net is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. vippoints.net reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative method where necessary.

Processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 1 hour for KYC-verified accounts (during operating hours).
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1 business day, subject to bank processing schedules.

All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. vippoints.net reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

vippoints.net offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• vippoints.net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All games available on the vippoints.net Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG and is entirely random.
• Past game outcomes have no influence on future results.
• vippoints.net's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and any stake returned to your Account balance.
• Winnings resulting from a software error, misconfiguration, or any other technical fault that produces an outcome inconsistent with the game's stated rules may be voided at vippoints.net's sole discretion.

Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant, as communicated by the live dealer and displayed on-screen during play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vippoints.net Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or vippoints.net staff.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

vippoints.net is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all Players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

All content on the vippoints.net Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of vippoints.net or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vippoints.net.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vippoints.net, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vippoints.net makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, vippoints.net's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vippoints.net collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Complying with anti-money laundering and PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications (where you have opted in).

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vippoints.net Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, vippoints.net's internal records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process where applicable.
